Visualization and personality work are still very beneficial and you'll likely find yourself doing some of that anyway, so don't go out of your way to avoid that stuff.
I'm visualizing a purple sphere for the time being, I want my tulpa to choose their own form eventually. I would like my tulpa to be a female with a very decisive personality, but I'm leaving it fairly open ended.
I have a general idea of a form, but my visualization skills are terrible. I'm hoping that if I just try to explore a simple wonderland and visualize a simple sphere that eventually I'll improve and be able to work with a more specific form
Don't worry about visualization much. That said - visualization tends to be far more about understanding what you are visualizing and where it is in relation to yourself rather than seeing all the details.

Essentially, place the conceptual idea of the object in relation to yourself, understand where it is and what you would see if it were there physically.
on head pressures, I would suggest that maybe you could try to remember that it can be placebo, and look for head pressures that you don't expect or are sudden or "very strange"?

I think it's clever, but I figure it might be bad to suggest names like that.
Vague words and feelings of response vs complex thought and concepts.

Alright.

Other than that, keep in mind that things like 'head pressure' or small headaches are by no means indications of anything. People get those often enough without creating tulpas, and not everyone experiences them when making tulpas either.

Often, simply paying more attention to the way that your head is feeling is reason enough to feel 'head pressure', especially when you are using the computer for an extended period.
"I think hours isn't really a great gauge? My personal thought is that you want to maximize the amount of time your tulpa is somewhat in your head
like, lets say you are driving somewhere, try to relate something about the drive to your tulpa
if you are at work, try to relate something about work to your tulpa
thuroughly mix your life and the habit of thinking of your tulpa, and use forcing as a bonus atop that"
This is pretty helpful. I also picked up some tips from a creepypasta I've read now and again.
Yea that dose work for me. Like Dazama for instance I got her doing my paper work and keep an eye out for problem. Pandora she helps keep my stackers in place and help keep them busy. They bin so helpful and made my job alot more easily for me.

That's if they want to that is. Don't force them to. Let them do it on there own
